I'm worth it!

I had always put my family and work first because they count on me. So as I took my mind off my own health needs, it started deteriorating…duh? Now just a half hour to 45 minutes a day using equipment that doesn’t stress me out, meaning it feels natural, comfortable and is fun… my energy soars and I am my best for those that need me to be…including me.

For many of us “married guys”, one axiom rings true “the more we listen to our wives and act on what we hear, the better we become as people. For those of you that have not yet learned that lesson… ha ha ha, you will. Some say “Women have come so far”. We say “they have always been there; we just needed to look harder”. On average the contemporary woman balances far more than her male counterpart. In fitness, while men drag on about weights as the way to go even in the face of strains when not properly trained; women have been the early adopters. Yoga, Pilates, circuit training, spinning and fluid resistance. We applaud women everywhere whose spirit for life prevailed.
